I’m looking for a way I can allow wiki style editing of some documents by web users. The main wiki feature I’m after is the article/page history so you can see which users have done what.

Does anyone know of a way to integrate a wiki with modx?

The wiki shorthand formatting involves a series of regular expressions, e.g. replacing == This == with
This
.

Assuming that you stored the shorthand values in the database, then you have to write a plugin that translates the shorthand stuff into valid HTML when the web page is viewed. Maybe you can find some of the libraries of regular expressions available for download and then integrate them into your plugin.

I think it comes with versioning and workflow in the 3.0 Roadmap.
