Paprikas, I will work on re-enabling code reviews via Crucible as soon as I get a spare moment.

We will be scheduling an upgrade to the latest versions of all the Atlassian products in the near future, but it’s a big job since our entire infrastructure is built on top of Crowd.

Wiki says "Just browse on over to JIRA, register and you’re there! You’ll instantly have access to Jira and Fisheye, and be able to submit bugs and review recent commits."

So the question is.. Is Crucible still in "frozen" state?
If not, why I receive permission error while attempt to read or create review?

You are not currently enabled as a Crucible user. Please speak to your system administrator about enabling you as a Crucible user.

Yes, Crucible is still frozen until someone has time to reconfigure all the roles and permission schemes. TBH, we have plenty of ways to communicate atm, and I think in the future, moving to GitHub will solve the "code review" conundrum with inline commenting.
