I would hate to convert something to find out that someone else has already done it! The only suggestion I could think of would be to put together a team or at least a coordinator and assign or organize tasks to keep it straight. There are a few wikis that could use an update too. Maybe since ConseilsWeb (Oliver) has started this process he could coordinate (I hate to volunteer someone behind their back). I could do it, but I just got on this bus and haven’t earned a window seat yet 
Ok, looks like I volunteer.
Right now I created a basic structure, somewhat inspired from the official manual that (I think) sottwell did. I think content should first be moved from there, corrected if necessary (some of those pages contains old snippet names, deprecated functions, etc.) . The contributor could then verify if related information is present on the wiki, and if so, find a nice way to ’import’ it. That could be by creating a child page, or adding a section to the existing pages.
Have a look at the content that is already there and try to follow a similar layout.
Also, feel free to comment on the pages (at the bottom). Have fun
