Away from August 3rd to August 22nd

Hi guys,

A quick note to let you know I’ll be away in Scotland from August 3rd to the 22nd, first vacation after a first year as a freelance which has been dense !
Hope I’ll be back with renewed energy and ideas in a couple of weeks

I’ll be having a toast to you guys with a scottish beer soon !

And man, this country has great views, castles, tales, mountain and wildlife... I love that !

I need a top-3 list of spectacular Scottish beers ... documented via your D80 please. (Vacation by proxy after visit to my favorite specialty package store...)

It won’t replace tasting it but ok Ryan will do !!! I look forward to the scottish pubs
Especially since I know irish and belgish beers, but not so much scottish beers aside from Adelscott or the likes...

I have a 160Gb external hard drive to store those pictures among others spectacular scenery Though I am not very knowledgeable in this area, I also intend to do some sampling of whiskies, of course

Ah but one day if you come to Paris - since you’re an amateur - I’ll have you drink some of the finest french and belgish beers : Chimay, WestMalle, Orval, Grain D’Orge... Yum !

Oh but it’s time for me to leave, my plane is a few hours away now... And tonight I have to learn the left-side of the road driving, this should be tricky !

Why Dr. Delicious, I indeed expect a full report, documented with research photos, to be on my desk no later than 25-Aug 1200 GMT. After I’ve analyzed the report, I will be bound by duty and honor to go to one of my local research labs and verify the results myself.
