Offline and moving

Moving into my new home today! Finally will have a space for my own studio. You may not know it but besides cramping my fingers on the keyboard I make ceramics and other artworks. Until now I had to do this outside in the backyard with barely a roof to keep the rain out (not that it rains a lot here, we’ve been in a 10 year drought ). Consequently I wasn’t all that productive.

Well, now I finally have the space and I’ll be setting up a spacious studio with my own kilns etcetera. I’m very excited At least in the beginning I’ll be slowing down my involvement in MODx. (Mind you, knowing me, I’ll probably just sleep even less)

As I said I’ll be moving today and because of my location (semi-rural) it’s going to take some time to get me connected again so I’m sad to say I won’t be around at all for a week or so...

Just went through moving myself, exhausting and time consuming, as we say in french "bon courage" !

As I said I’ll be moving today and because of my location (semi-rural) it’s going to take some time to get me connected again so I’m sad to say I won’t be around at all for a week or so...

The move was done in a day... 5 truck loads and a team of 6 beer-drinking, heavy muscled giants. It was a breeze, didn’t touch a box myself The flicking a switch for my ADSL connection took two weeks! (The unpacking will take the next 10 years)

Anyway, I’m back,... sort off.

It’s nice not to have to touch a box, I can guarantee you it takes a toll when you have to do it yourself !
Internet connection is top priority when you move, glad you’re back online
