I think its about time we updated the MODx blog to the far more powerful Jot commenting platform!
In order to maintain SMF connectivitiy, I wrote the following Snippet to return the current logged in user’s SMF avatar, fullname, and profile link.

Now, these values would need to be saved into a Jot custom field so that they would stay with that post. I have no idea how to do that....
Maybe the SMF API has gained a function to retrieve this information dynamically in 1.1 Final.... I’ll take a look.
