A Google Search for MODx

    Google just released there new coop beta which allows you to create your own search engine. Seeing as the search on the forums is terrible, I thought I would give it a try. I added all of the official modx sites, and a bunch of the team members personal sites as well. This really does a great job of finding info for MODx, and a person with a google account can add help make the search better by adding more sites.

    Let me know what you think, I think we could link to this in the forums or something as an alternate search.

      Wonderful idea Kyle I didn’t know this existed (Google moves so *fast* !)

      Didn’t read the info page about Google Co-op but is there a custom form we could add to the forum directly, so that it integrates seamlessly ?

        yes, you can add this search box to any site using the following code:

            I’ll be setting up a Google Adsense powered search for MODx in the very near future. A coop search would be really cool too!
