My $.02 on this is that it’s just blackmail against RedHat since they happen to have money. There will be lots of of dollars spent on lawyers and in the end nothing will happen.
Frankly the lawsuit itself is just stupid -- it’s not like ORM was a unique invention and JBoss ripped it off
