Will TVs be compatible with Active Documents ?

I can’t seem to find the post about the "Active Documents" concept (the replacement for TVs, not sure of the name...) that will be used in Tattoo and MODx 1.0...

I had just a question : will switching to 1.0 or Tattoo be compatible with 0.9.x TVs ?
I am asking because the website I build rely so much on TV...

Hi David,

Active Documents in the future will make use of a new type of TVs called Content Fields or Active Fields.

Upgrading from 0.9x will convert TVs to support Content Fields which will aso make use of the new parser format [[*]]
