I am thinking about creating a Wiki as a suppliment to the Ditto documentation as I feel it might be a usefull place for users to contribute that cool little use they figured out. This way alot of good ideas won’t be lost in the "depths of the forum" and I can include them in the official documentation if I find the submission valid. What is everyone’s thoughts on this?

I think that snippet contributors should be free to set up whatever means of communicating with and between snippet users they feel comfortable with, so long as there is a link to it in the snippet comments and in the main thread here on the forum.
(For that guideline I would include a link to flyspray.)
As long as the documentation is as freely available and accessible as the snippet, I don’t even see any problem in making any communication means the sole source of official Ditto documentation. So you could go wiki-only for all I care.
