Snippet to create documents from a csv or feed?

I’m sorry, I’m a newbie. LOL. That said, I’m trying to be able to create documents using incoming info via feed and/or csv file. There are programs that take csv and put it in a table ( csv2table ) and feed to chunk like (feedreader, newspublisher, & newsparser) and snippets to create the documents like (docmanager, modxapi, & batcher). Is there a way to make them work together without php coding? or is there a snippet specifically to do what I’m trying to do. Thanks. I’ve been trying to find out almost a week now. LOL Thanks for any help you can give.
