And for what it’s worth, all of those issues look like they should go into both the add-on releases and the Evo 1.0.4 release. Need an issue for "upgrading Wayfinder" or "upgrade Breadcrumbs" for the Evo release itself so they’ll show up in the JIRA-produced changelog.

Can Jira handle tickets that will appear in both sections? (or maybe new Jira can)
If not, maybe need to move all core addons to MODX section?

JIRA can handle it, and absolutely not on moving addon tickets to the MODX project.

Add-ons shouldn’t go into the main project indeed. Probably should have a base issue for each release with a description of "Update core components". Commit messages examples:

[#MODX-1234] Updating Ditto to 2.x.x
...
[#MODX-1234] Updating Weblogin to 1.x.x

English language file contain $_lang["weblink_message"] but I can’t find this variable in MODx. May I remove it? (translators translate this useless string)
