Unify the name of install folder.

Currently Revo has /setup, and Evo has /install.

What do you say if we make it identical?

A slight improvement for Evo final? RC2?

I guess that if part of the point of Evo 1.0 changes is to begin familiarizing users with the new terminology, then renaming Evo’s installer to /setup would be in line with that.
But I don’t feel too strongly either way.

Sorry guys, the change in name is important for migration purposes when we provide ways for folks to go from Evo to Revo...
