Evolution installer reskin?

Perhaps in a fit of procrastinating from some more stressful work, I found myself reskinning the 0.9.6.3 installer tonight.
I have no idea if this is officially being worked on or not; I saw no mention of it in Jira.
See attached shot of early progress.
If this isn’t already being worked on, then maybe we can get it into Jira and get some feedback going. I am not a designer, so there’s no way I could pull this off properly alone.

Nice initiative, I’ll let Ryan chime in and see what he has.

I’ve committed some Evo installer changes to SVN.
Of course, I did so before my IE testing. LOL. So there are a few issues to work out still, especially with respect to the header/title bar.
Any and all feedback from testing/reviewing is welcome.
