0.9.6 branch is closed + new development branch for 1.0

FYI:

I am officially declaring end-of-life for the 0.9.6 branch and will be deleting it this morning from SVN; please do not commit anything else to this branch. I am also removing the evolution branch that was prematurely created back in October and will be creating a new official branch from the current trunk called 1.0 where work will begin in preparation to release MODx Evolution 1.0.

For the time being, trunk will continue to reflect the latest stable 0.9.6.x/Evolution code and development will be done in the 1.0 branch and merged to trunk as it is tested and approved.
