Default Content

There are still several image and image path errors in the default content.

In the modx.css files for both default and modxhost templates, there are a few background images with a ../../images link, when the image being linked to actually only exists in the /assets/templates/default folder (modx-icon.png)

Also some background images in the modxmenu.css file don’t exist.
