MODx Recursive Parser - Beta 2a

After much discussion and debate between Raymond, Ryan, and myself, over the issue with how to implement conditional tags, I think we have come to a resolve. Basically, the conditional tags as implemented by Raymond as part of his recursive parser will be implemented as is, and I will find a way to support it the way I envision it moving forward. It may be that it will take just a little bit more effort to migrate in the end, but I’ve been convinced that it’s the best way to address the issue.

Let’s consider this issue resolved unless anyone else has anything else to add...
