ResourceLister makes no sense to an average user and is definitely a "coder" name. NewListing while not accurate of all it’s capabilities at least gives you some idea of what it does.

I agree about ResourceLister, it does not speak to me.
And yes, NewsListing is much more than a simple news snippet. If anything, I could propose ContentLister but it doesn’t sound very sexy (I’ll have to do some brainstorming and get back to you here !).
