The rest are slowly percolating up.

Any timeframe on that manager overhaul ?
When I first arrived I saw some
nice capture of a new manager, which looked nice... I see Travis is emeritus, has someone taken over this thing or is this a new one altogether ?
I guess it’s one of the most expected addition... and probably one that would be a HUGE boost for MODx... or will this be released for the Tattoo rebranding (might be a good idea to keep some big changes between the last MODx version and the first Tattoo version... this could be one item). What do you think ?

The sneak peak version is actually for our last release of MODx, after that we’ll switch to Tattoo .. (AFAIK)

Well, I’m not the authoritative decision maker, but I will offer that most likely, the MODx codebase will continue development for PHP4/MySQL support, while Tattoo will probably be taking advantage of facilities only available in PHP5, and focusing on a slightly different, enterprise-level market. The general concepts of for the end-user will remain for all practical purposes the same, and both will undoubtedly feature new manager interfaces, but the implementations of these are still being worked out for both lines of development.
The MODx core will most likely appeal to the average designer/developer who dabbles in PHP coding, while Tattoo will appeal more to the growing crowd of developers looking for an object-oriented PHP solution. But in either case, you’ve still got the great foundation of simple, yet powerful MODx concepts at work helping you build another great dynamic web site.
