Update OpenSouceCMS to 0.9.1

Chanh do you think you could update OpenSouceCMS to 0.9.1?

The new default menu and many other refined features should help out.

Is it done testing?
Has it been release?

I did not see any annoucement of the release yet!

Here is what I got after the install with cache disable and cache folder is not writable due to demo site!
