NewsListing 3.1 for x9.1

Would it make sense to merge the pagination as an optional parameter to be rendered for NewsListing?

No, actually that was like at 10 or 11 at night.

Either way, it looks like I won’t be able to work on this until late tommorrow or Sunday.

Could be worse...somebody gave me the book "Candy" and I was OK with it hidden behind the lab equipment in Chemistry class until I was laughing so hard the teacher came around to see what was going on. I was getting straight A’s in that class, though, so he gave it back after he read it. I saw the movie several years later; it wasn’t anywhere near as funny.

ANOTHER UPDATE: Removed the <? accidentally left in the posted file. If you already have a copy of v3 just remove the first line (<?) and it should work fine.
