I am not sure how web user and group assignment work but I am not able to get it to do much.
I created a new web user from the back end, I create a new web user group and document.
I was able to assign document group to the new web user group but I am not able to assign a web user to a web user group.
I am also not able to signup as a new web user via the "WebSignup" snippet. The registration process went fine but I did not receive any email or the registered user name show up in the web user listing.
I don’t see this setting in my version my Modx.
