typos in installation files

misspelling of "vertexworks" in line 771 in setup.sql; also in line 105 of index.php "installation" is misspelled.

Also, noticed that document.parser.class.inc.php has a link to http://www.vertexworks.com/EtomiteRefugee in the addNotice function. This link does not work anymore. I suppose we’re ready to replace it with http://modxcms.com about now!

And in the addNotice function comments, line 342, it’s should be its
