Hello friends, I have a small problem with uploading files from manager. When I want to upload some file I got error message:
Uploading filename.extension to assets/templates/my_site/css/images/
File type: image/png, 1.94 KB
Failed to copy file to destination directory - upload failed! Possible permission problems - the directory you want to upload to needs to be writable by your webserver.
Directory listing for:assets/templates/my_site/css/images
The directory is writable.
I read that a lots of people have a similar problem with file uploading on IIS server, and the solution for this problem is in the Tools > Configuration > Interface & Features, but I can’t configure correctly and I need your help.
Here is some information about my configuration:
Server: IIS
MODX_BASE_PATH C:/some_name/vhosts/Name_of_my_site/httpdocs/
MODX_BASE_URL /
MODX_MANAGER_URL http://Name_of_my_site/manager/
MODX_MANAGER_PATH C:/some_name/vhosts/Name_of_my_site/httpdocs/manager/
Tools > Configuration > Interface & Features
File base path /some_name/vhosts/Name_of_my_site/httpdocs/
File Browser URL /some_name/vhosts/Name_of_my_site/httpdocs/assets/
So, what is wrong (and how to fix it) ?
