I am not familiar with US law and I am not sure this is important or anything but I came accross this while googling "revolution ui manager"

    • No registrations at the USPTO for their company. You™ can put a™ trademark symbol on™ any word and "claim" it as a trademark™. wink

Having the USPTO officially grant a registered trademark is another thing. That said, thanks for pointing it out.

          • From my perspective, if we were using the word Revolution as a product brand name, that would be one thing; calling MODx 2.0 with the codename Revolution is another that does not need any trademark distinction, at least IMO. MODx being trademarked would be a problem no doubt, but I don’t see how this could be. Curious, did Apple trademark the word Leopard as part of OS X?
