I don’t see any templates for MODx at all. As far as I can tell, it’s only using the MODx name, and the site itself uses MODx.

Yes, though it’s nice to see them deploying MODx, it’s still a bit opportunistic of them to use the MODx name for no apparent reason other than to generate traffic (i.e. sales).

Seems a bit odd to me that all the templates and searches go to www.templatehelp.com.

I remember reading one of Ryan’s post about using the MODx brand for a commercial purpose, and that in time it wouldn’t be allowed without an agreement to do so...

Indeed this website uses the MODx name while the content itself, aside from being MODx powered, is almost non-existant...

This a co-brand site of Templatemonster.com, my point is that they are acting like that they are "MODx" ...and even they’ve got into top 10 positions for modx templates in Google too.

Kind of hard for me to see the point, since they don’t have any templates configured for MODx at all. It would only annoy people who are actually looking for templates for MODx.

Go figure... it’s like the people who stuff your mailbox with advertising, you’d think they’d understand psych 101...
