[Team Help Wanted] Update of modxcms.com (Phase II) : edit and rewrite

You might want to take a peek at the first thoughts and ideas expressed about the modxcms.com content overhaul.

Next, you can access a writeboard for each page which could potentially need tweaking. You can edit and comment things. For those who are not used to it, writeboards use Textile for formatting and has revisionning capabilities.

All pages have the same password : modx_team.
I quickly did a basic formatting with Textile on the writeboard.

You don’t need to spend a lot of time reading it, since right now it’s more or less the same content we have on modxcms.com, minus a few tweaks. It’s the occasion to jump in and add or remove things you’ve noticed about modxcms.com that would need editing/upgrading...etc

If you feel like editing, please do so, but you don’t need writing paragraphs as such if you don’t have time. Add comments to the writeboard page or even edit suggestion directly in the page, and I’ll take care of the actual writing

I am digging up the thread : do we set a deadline for this so that we wrap this up at last ?

I have a bit more time than before my vacation, I think I can make progress on those writeboards but we’d have to set the key elements we want changed and general direction before I start brainstorming.

Thoughts ?

I’ll be back on this in about a week after settling in a bit more.
