More site updates

Just an FYI, I’ve updated a few of the pages on the marketing site. Development became About. Started a FAQ and added an About this Site page. Very minor copy updates here and there.

You’ve seen and know what "<?php" means.

We royally need to update http://modxcms.com/roadmap.html. It is so outdated it is not even funny.
