How is the Scriptaculous integration going? Should you be letting these people know about it?

Good idea Susan. We should start a thread of all "notification outlets" including PHP, Mac sites (since the manager IS friendly to Macs), script listing services, Freshmeat, etc. (Note to self...)

Ok, now what I need is some discussion on how to use it, so I can work with it a bit, and make up a page for the documentation. "Using Scriptaculous", with a couple of fairly simple examples.
I’m trying to make a simple form snippet using prototype, but it’s heavy going so far. I’ve been able to get some of the basic tutorial demos working, and some not. My own ignorance, I know, but the very areas I seem totally clueless about are the areas everyone writing articles or tutorials for seems to think I should already know. They blythely mention "now do this, and then do that" without ever mentioning HOW to do this and that! Very frustrating. I know, there are such libraries out there already, but I need to learn how to do this stuff.
Anyway, once I get the basic library working, I’ll want to use Scriptaculous to automate the actual creation of the forms. Or vice verse; a module for form generation would also be a good starting point.
