Usability -- Getting Real

Hm. I’m trying to decide do I want to just remodel my two-floor, three-bedroom, bath-and-a-half aparment, or close off the inner stairs, put up an outside staircase, and make two smaller apartments out of it? Put the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms where the stairwell is now, and make the existing bathrooms the kitchens and move the dining area downstairs to the front where the kitchen is now, tile floors or slate...oh, we’re talking about MODx here. Sorry
