I’m stumped on what this is. It’s used as the value of the ’elements’ member in the OnRichTextEditorInit event. Sometimes, it’s set to array(’ta’) and other times to array(’tv’ . $tv->id) or just array($id).
It’s probably the DOM id of the html field that is to be converted to a richtext field.
