It refreshes the selected node and its children on the tree.
I just wondered if it was necessary as a right-click menu choice since it’s so easy to refresh the whole tree and, in my experience, branches seldom need refreshing.
Also, it redraws the whole tree for me in FF3, so it seems I might as well refresh the whole tree.
