Gone from the core. However, any number of custom TV output widgets (and/or TV input types) can now be developed and added to the core. These can/will be made available as Core Extensions and will be installable from Package Management.
Consider though that PHx-style custom modifiers are now also easily added as MODx snippets, so essentially, you can implement some of these (and even cooler, chain-able) output widgets as snippets and call them using the Input/Output Filters syntax in Revolution, e.g. assuming a snippet called
foo exists that modifies the $output:
