Just wondering which category of Component it falls into.
As it’s currently constituted, I would call it an Add-on because it doesn’t replace or extend any MODx object (unless you consider the Manager an object), but I thought I’d better make sure I’m clear on the distinction.
Add-on, I would say. It doesn’t modify any core classes or fundamentally change any core functionality.
