SVN Commit Messages and Relating Commits to JIRA Tickets

Please make sure all commits have a message indicating something about the changes being made.

Also important, to get automatic links generated between JIRA and Fisheye/Crucible, please follow the format [#MODX-xxx] when including references to JIRA tickets in the commit messages. Otherwise, we will not get the full benefit of the toolset.
