Yes; I was about to change it to E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE myself. Also there is another instance of E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE somewhere that will toggle the current setting of E_NOTICE and is totally incorrect. If you want to take care of these changes, great, otherwise, I’ll look into fixing them later today.
