Dual Pass Parser Mode

This topic is in relation to the Late Parsing concept that was mentioned here:

Late parsing can cause some Widgets, CF, Templates etc to not be processed during single pass mode. I will be adding what can be reffered to as dual pass mode to the parser in an effort to combat the problem possed by late parsing.

The Dual Pass Parser concept is the same as parsing the source twice with the only difference here being that code is only parsed a second time if a [[]] tag is found.

Sounds very reasonable and opens up another avenue for flexibility. For example it could allow a widget to return different widgets in a case statemetn for different user types.
