Block vs Chunk and Snippet!

It just occurs to me that the "chunk and snippet" in Modx is equivelant with a "block" in php-nuke and in Drupal. If it by any chance that "chunk and snippet" can by consolidated and call "block" then it would bring the php-nuke and the drupal fan rather quickly.

The php-nuke and Drupal fan is quite big users base. It would be a big gain for Modx!

That is exactly the plan, although the name may be slightly different.

As a programmer, I can see the point, but as a designer, a "block" means a discrete section of the layout, usually a block of content in a sidebar, such as the login form or the main menu.
