Here’s the first beta of the new plugin based off of TinyMCE 2.0RC1. I decided to release it internally first just to be safe. To see what’s new with TinyMCE, take a look at the Changelog page on
MoxieCode’s website. Quite a few changes. Although not any real noticable changes, the most apparent is in some of the dialog boxes themselves.
With this release, they’ve deprecated the Default theme. As such, I’ve removed it from the plugin and used three basic themes: Simple, Advanced, and Full Featured. The Full Featured theme replaces the previously named Advanced theme. The new Advanced theme replaces the previous Default theme which has just a few more features than the Simple theme. Play with it and you’ll see what I mean.
I’ve also updated the callback functions that allow integration with the Resouce Browser for Image, Link, and Flash dialog boxes. In a nutshell, I found a way to integrate them in such a way to where subsequent updates will be much easier...only a few lines of JavaScript needed to be added to the dialog boxes for each option.
As always, try it out and let me know if there’s any bugs! All suggestions are welcomed, of course!

* Removed all but english language files from editor and plugins to cut down on size. Language files will be integrated back in once language preferences are fixed in MODx.
