If you’re building sites with any serious amounts of content, chances are you’ll need to move things around a bit and bulk-change entire sections. Take our
http://modxcms.com/documentation.html for example. Look at the API list and notice the sort order.
It would be awesome if we had the ability to drag-and-drop to change the sort order, using an implementation from the script.aculo.us library perhaps:
http://script.aculo.us/drag-and-drop (scroll past the cart example).
It would also be awesome to have a checkbox next to each item as well. Tick those off and select from a pop-up list what you want to do (change template, publish, unpublish, delete, change "in menu" status, etc...)
This could be an expanded tree menu view that also uses icons to indicate all the page settings.
