TV and Content: in the Manager and API

It would be really handy to be able to at minimum assign the Input Controls to the content as you can TVs. The same holds true for being able to sort the field in the manager pages. I don’t even use the content on every page and that would elimiate a lot of scrolling if it were on the bottom; I may not need 400px of height for the content field.

Also, the TV-related API calls seem more than a bit obtuse. For example, it would be easy to think that getTemplateVarOutput should just give me the value as if you put [*templateVar*] on the page. It doesn’t. I don’t think.
