Revo 2.0 - Can't log into Manager after uninstalling Captcha

I’ve installed Captcha 3.1.0 on Revo 2.0.
After uninstalling the Captcha package, I still have the field "captcha_mathstring_code:" on the Manager login form.
Any idea how I can solve this?

I've Uninstalled Captcha 3.2.4-beta1 on Revo 2.2.0-pl2.

After that, I still have the field "login_mathstring_message", "login_mathstring_message" and "captcha_mathstring_code:" on the Manager login form.

I clear core/cache directory, and I find captcha key in MODx DB and find nothing.

Any ideas how I can solve this problem?

I Solved this issue.
In "DB.prefix-table_site_plugins" in row where column.signature include "captcha-3.2.4-beta1", in column "disabled" I update '0' to '1'.
And, in "DB.prefix-table_transport_packages" in row where column.name include "Captcha", in column "disabled" I update '0' to '1'.

I clear core/cache directory,

That solved the problem.
