Well! I see big improvement coming for the download features in the docman snippet! On the subject at hand, I’ve never found a host yet that didn’t have the zlib support compiled in.

That’s great... I’d say that we could use one of the no-other-libraries other than zlib support at compile and run with .zip compression. So what’s coming down the pike with the file manager?

a blatant ripoff of your sendfile function! Categories first. Nested, of course; no point in it if they’re not. And I’ll yank that multilanguage capability out of it; it’s not really necessary for something like that to be in more than one language. Just one language file, can be translated if you want it in a different language, like the ModX Manager.
