Outstanding Rich-Text Editor Configuration issues

a quick list of things that need to be addressed:

* FCKeditor - mcpuck file manager / image manager plugins not finding directories to browse properly
* FCKeditor - connect with existing applicable configuration options
* TinyMCE - connect with existing applicable configuration options
* Manager - editor configuration option cleanup, add more options applicable for FCKeditor and/or TinyMCE

these are short term issues that I think should be addressed following Tech Preview release 2, but before our initial Tattoo release
