    Is it permitted to criticize and correct the installation files in the CVS version? At least, the one I just got won't install; or is it not supposed to for some reason? I don't expect it all to work, but at least one should be able to install it to see how it's working differently/not working.

    I am also making a few modifications to the default installation, and combining the two installation steps.

      Susan, I believe we are waiting on a major CVS commit from Raymond before proceeding with any major changes to the source currently residing in the CVS tree.

      Raymond, can you or Ryan confirm this and update us on the ETA for that?

        I think the current hope is that Raymond's changes will be in CVS within the next 24 hours, possibly as early as late tonight.

          Should have a commit within 24 hours. Probably have a burst of quick bugfixes and a public release 24-48 hours after that. At least that what I hope!
