Hi Everyone!
I have been developing with ExpressionEngine for the past couple of years and finally decided to give ModX a go after looking at various options for open source CMSs. EE is great, but so is the price, and it really does not make much sense for smaller "brochure" type sites. So, I have just booked a small project that will be based on ModX - now I have to get my head around it and get up to speed quickly, so I am sure you will see some "wtf?" posts from me as I wade through the docs and trial and error sessions on my local server.
If things work out as I hope they do, I will be porting over my own business site to ModX!
Anyone else out there with EE experience who can provide some encouraging words?
Roi
