I have recently completed my 7th website done in MODx (Evolution). It is in french, as most of the others, and this time about real estate programs (programmes immobiliers neufs, in french).
Nothing really fancy about this one except what I did manage to repurpose content. The programs appear in different listings you can search by location, program type and applicable law. This is done by using Ditto filters. It was rather tricky to set up, but works properly.
URL of the website is: http://www.orpi-imhotep-defiscalisation.fr

I have 2 other MODx websites in process.
I will really need to take a look at Revolution one of these days.

Very nice site, you might want to share the ditto tricks you did there?

Frank.

I am not sure these can be called tricks.
I have created a series of TVs for filtering. They contain texts identical to the pagetitle of the container pages.
Here is the call I use:
[!Ditto? &parents=`69` &filter=`tvdepartement,[*pagetitle*],1` &display=`10` &tpl=`lien-programme` &paginate=`1` &sortBy=`menuindex` &sortDir=`ASC` &paginateAlwaysShowLinks=`0` &descendentDepth=`1`!]

If a program tvdepartement value is equal to the pagetitle, it is displayed. Otherwise, it is not.

Some pages even have a two level ditto call. There is a second call in the Ditto template used.

Trick is probably not a description that fits. Guess should have name it ditto setup.
Thanks, Frank.
