This site is really fun for me. There was one technical issue that I’m really pleased with. I’ve been trying to find a music player that shows a playlist (mp3) without clients having to create xml files. I found a jquery solution that was perfect. Plus, it’s the easiest to change the look and feel of on any of the players I have used.

The client only has to fill in two template variables (one is the song title and the other is uploading the mp3 file). Here’s what I did to make it happen. The javascript for part of the player is in the header. I used ditto and the TVs to insert the path to the file for the mp3s and song titles. It took me 10 minutes to get it going (part of why I like it!). I will write a tutorial as soon as I can.

For now, there is only "dummy" content on the site.

Very nice design. I like it.

I think I’d use another image in place of the dashes (maybe a rose stem with some thorns) so it doesn’t look like someone just typed - - - - -. But maybe that’s just me. wink
