now, just if i dared a little piece of advice, maybe you could fade the edges of the background image to a background color (white for the moment) as, with a big resolution (1920*1200 in may case) you end with the bg img with straight edges and the (white) background color on both sides

Nice site - as a trail biker/MXer myself I think you’ve got the look spot on, although maybe lose the tape above the thumbnails on the gallery page (little bit overused in recent years - only my 2cents worth tho’) - Modx seems to be made for these type of sites - here’s one I baked earlier - http://www.maddixpark.co.nz - I’m heading back to Scotland from my home in New Zealand to see the family at Xmas so might pop up for a ride !! - Cheers AL.

As for the masking tape. Total cliche, I agree, but it’s staying ’cos it’s the one and only time I’ll be using it

Jason, very nice! My favorite part of the design is by far the little dirtbike rider in the bottom left corner.
