    Okay I have been tinkering with modx for quite some time but never really built a complete site out of it until now. I wanted to get away from the static, wordpress and more and get a true running MODX site up and running. So be gentle - it is not 100% completed - still a work in progress. (Still trying to figure out Formit for contact) And I’m guessing I can use Formit as well for registration?

    So - http://www.deafhouston.org - This is for Deaf Awareness Week here in Houston. So - no I am not the designer - I’m horrible at designing things. But I can tweak and hack things. Open to suggestions and feedbacks.

    This is currently Revo RC3 - and I LOVE IT!

      Nice to see you’re using NivoSlider (I use it on my site - impress-design.com). There are extra paragraph tags in the left column causing some extra spacing. And the main images seem to have some left-over fragments in the upper right color.

      Other than that it’s a great start.

      Nice to see the font replacement for the headers

          Love the site. Only suggestion: change the "orange" in the menu over to match the "green" used through out your site.

          Up to you though. The site is very nice.

              Very nice and clean indeed smiley found an error though: when I click on "events", all the paths are wrong. I think you can fix this by adding the following tag to the head of the site:

              <base href="http://www.deafhouston.org" />

              This will make all relative filepaths relate to http://www.deafhouston.org.

                    I have at this time three buttons - Home/Events/Forms

                    Under Events I have like 8 listing (Kemah, Cultural, Astros, Happy Hour, Educational, Art Day, Booths, Banquet)
                    Under Forms I have Booth, Banquet

                    The pages have been created - but they are not showing up on the drop down under Events or Forms.
